Spartan trailercoaches for sale

Info: This early 50’s Spartan (8’x36’) is a fixer-upper. It has not been moved for about 20 years so would need new tires and the bearings would probably need to be repacked. There has been some leakage around the rear window (see pics) but otherwise has good structural integrity. The interior is the original birch paneling. One of the front windows was cracked but closed up with a piece of thin sheet steel (still have the cracked window also). Both door handles have broken off so you need a vice-grip to gain access. Although there are no screen doors the hinges are still functional. Yes, this would definitely need some work but I am basically selling it for the scrap metal price of $3,000 (or best offer) with the hope that someone would be interested in it as maybe a hunting shelter or just for parts otherwise I’m just going to scrap it. .
